My fee is $150 per 50 minute session and $165 per 60 minute session.

I accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards.
Insurance Companies
United Health Care (UHC).
I may be able to be seen as an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies. Please verify your benefits with your insurance. I will provide a coded statement (superbill) that can be submitted with a claim form to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You are encouraged to call your insurance company and ask what their reimbursement policy is for out-of-network providers. You may be able to submit these statements to your Health saving (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) for reimbursement.
